Important Reminder:
- The resolution is 640x360@60fps when viewing real-time videos only; for optimal viewing, we recommend downloading the video to your smartphone for 1920x1080P@60fps resolution.
- If you’re using an Android device, please update the VAVA Dash App to version to V2.3.3 in order to use mobile data when the dash cam Wi-Fi is connected.
- IOS system V13.1, V13.2 and V13.3 supports the VAVA Dash App.
Wi-Fi Connection:
Dash cam will automatically enter REC Mode once powered on. Wi-Fi connection is not required.
It’s recommended to connect to the dash cam Wi-Fi within a 5-meter range, otherwise you may lose Wi-Fi connection.

Shipping Orders

Delivery Address
A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to Taotronics as undeliverable.
