It is easy to adjust. It is plenty bright enough. You can change the color temp. There are 2 things I don't like about it.1. it doesn't get dim enough. It's usually not a problem but sometimes I'd like it to get dimmer than the lowest setting instead of 4 positions an infinite dim would make it perfect.2. You cant use it with a smart outlet.
