I never received the item!
Nothing was damaged in shipping so I would one know how effective
the insurance is.
They're fine. The old models that they don't sell anymore (the SoundElite 71) were much better. These have a tinnier sound, the earbud support doesn't hold in the ear as well, and the magnets are smaller and weaker, making them more likely to fall off from around one's neck. I loved the old model, this one is meh.
