I like it it seems to be pretty good so far

This is my second TaoTronics Cool MIster. The first one ran 24-7 for my huge fiddle fig leaf indoor plant. The mister helps add humidity for such a large plant. After 2 years that mister quit. I wish I had notified Taotronics for help in switching out parts. The parts inside are easy to change. I then purchased number 2 and this one has run for over a year. I accidentally lost the tank cap while cleaning last week. I did not want to purchase a new mister again when this one works perfectly but I could not locate the tank cap part after an hour of research online. I wrote an email directly to TaoTronics and received an email back the very next day from KiKi. She mentioned that she would look for a tank cap for the model I have. I wrote back and thanked her. Sure enough, KiKi found one and gave me the price and how to send a Paypal payment. I received an email that the payment was received and the part will be at my address in 6-8 days.s I'm looking forward to adding water to the tank and placing this mister under my plant and turn on. Thank you KiKi from Taotronics. If you have an old model in your storage Kiki send me the price and I'd love to have a mister for my bedroom.

This is an excellent product, and puts out a huge amount of mist. Very affordable, easy to use and maintain. When I contacted Kitty in Customer Service, she was delightful and resolved my issue to my complete satisfaction. Homech is a Winner!
