Does not work well it will work an hour or two and then it will stop so it is a constant pain in the back to keep it running and then days it will just shut down and not run very disappointed in this item

Have to say this company's customer support is great and deserves 5 stars. The ice maker is also great, while it is working. I had a few issues, but Kiki have resolved them very quickly.
