How to Fix TaoTronics Bluetooth Headphone Cannot Pair with USB Bluetooth Adapter?

If TaoTronics Over-ear Headphones is not pairing with your Bluetooth adapter, please try testing the unit with a phone to judge where the issue is coming from?

If the TaoTronics headphone can pair with other cell phone and work well, it means that the headphone is working properly. Please consult the USB Bluetooth adaptor manufacturer to find the problems.

How to Fix TaoTronics Over-ear Headphone Audio Conflicts Problem?

Audio conflicts occurred while switching apps. Ask the customer to set it in the app.

We have a few solutions that should help solve this issue.

1.Test the unit with other devices to see where the issue is coming from.

How to Fix TaoTronics Over-ear Headphones won't Pair or No Sound Issues After System Upgrade of the Laptop?

 

Here are the instructions:

1. Go to the laptop manufacturer's website
2. Downloaded the latest Bluetooth update from there
3. Check your installed Bluetooth device
4. Once the update was installed you will get an icon for your device under All Programs/Bluetooth.

 If it does not work, please refer to the troubleshooting steps below and fix it:

1. Can the Over-ear Headphones be paired with your phone?
2. Clear the laptop and the headphone's pairing history;
3. Can the laptop be paired with other devices?

How to Fix TaoTronics Over-ear Headphone Small Volume Issues?

If your TaoTronics over-ear headphone sound is very small when the headphones are connected to the computer of Windows 8.1. But they work well with a phone or mac.

 Please try these steps to help solve he issue:

1. If it is a wired connection, the MIC of the headphones doesn't work. You might use the MIC of the computer when you speak under this condition. The distance will be comparatively far, thus the volume will be small. If you want to use headphone MIC, you need to use the Bluetooth connection.

2. If the volume is small while listening to music, the volume of the computer may be too low. Try to raise the volume of computers.
3. If the volume is small or silent while making calls, please confirm if there is hands free in the sound settings of the computer. If not, it is a Bluetooth driver problem, it is recommended to update the Bluetooth driver of the computer.

Please try adjusting the volume on the audio source if you are listening to music.

How to Fix If TaoTronics Over-ear Headphone Sound Only Comes from One Side When Use the Aux Mode on the Plane?

On some planes, AUX port is the plane audio port with two sockets in the left and right sound channels. Use the airline adapter on the air plane under wired mode.

How to Fix TaoTronics Over-ear Headphones No Sound When Connected Via Wired/Audio Abnormal?

If the TaoTronics Bluetooth device is not playing any sound while it is connected, please try these steps to help solve he issue:

1. Test with another audio cable. We hope you could check if the cable is inserted the port to the end;
2. Test the headphone with another cell phone and see if it can work well;

3. Please try to turn up the volume of the Bluetooth audio source device (such as TV or cell phone) to see if it can help;
4. Please check if the audio input mode of the Bluetooth speaker has been switched to AUX mode and test it again.

If you the issue was not resolved, it appears that the unit may be defective. Please contact the TaoTronics support team for setting up a replacement if your lamp is under warranty.

Whether the TaoTronics Bluetooth Headphone Supports One-to-two Pairing?

Most TaoTronics headphones support one-to-two pairing (Except for TT-BH060, TT-BH042 etc.,). All of TaoTronics Soundbar do not support this function.

Note that the headphone could be connected to 2 devices at the same time. Although you can pair it with two devices, only one of these two devices can play music or make phone calls with the headphone at one time.

Here is how to pair with two devices at the same time:

1. The Bluetooth headset is placed in the pairing mode, and open the Bluetooth of mobile phone A, then search and choose the headphone to pair with;
2. After the mobile phone A is successfully paired, turn off the Bluetooth of mobile phone A and the Bluetooth headphone.
3. Open the Bluetooth headphone again and enter the pairing mode. Following the pairing step to pair with the mobile phone B.
4. Open the Bluetooth of mobile phone A again, click to connect the Bluetooth headset in the pairing record;
5. The connection is successful
