only one side, the left side worked. and now I am getting a run around on fixing the problem. Replace or refund.

This humidifier does not have its own humidity monitor. I have no idea what the relative humidity is, and the humidifier cannot shut itself off, when there is too much humidity. Nor can it increase the mist level on its own, if the humidity is falling because of insufficient misting.
