I bought my TaoTronics lamp on Amazon back in 2017 as one of my first purchases after getting my first job and this lamp and I have been through so much! From high school to college! I love this lamp and it has not given me ANY problems! I tried looking for the lamp again for a friend on Amazon but I couldn’t find it anywhere and I thought you guys went out of business or something but I am happy to know you guys opened your own shop and doing well! Anyways BUY THIS LAMP IT LASTS FOREVER AND IT IS SO WORTH IT!

This brand new fan arrived not working and I sent a video showing taotronics that the fan is not working when the battery is saying it’s fully charged! The fan only worked when it’s plugged in! It defeats the purpose because it’s suppose to be a portable fan! They emailed me back asking if I would like a partial refund of $10.49 and that I need to continue using the fan while it’s plugged in! I bought this same fan from Walmart and it worked pretty well so I decided to go on the official site and purchase another one and I’m disappointed because I wanted the same portable fan and I ended up getting a defective one.
Excellent desk lamp. Versatile and not cumbersome. Good selection of variable brightness and 'color' for the light.
