I replaced my original Taotronics massage gun which I loved. I was hoping this new one would be similar, and it is, but it is missing an important feature I was hoping for: the lowest setting is too fast. I figured with the new one having 20 levels that its lowest setting would be at least as slow as the original. Also the redesign no longer allows to set the device up side down on a counter top... The top edge should be flat and not rounded. I hope in the future you can bring back the lowest speed.
Absolutely love this desk lamp! Takes up hardly any space but puts out great lighting. It's easy to adjust and sleek looking. A modern update.
Not the company I remember. After repeated emails contacting customer service to cancel an order, you still billed me for the lamp. Not interested in what you say. I’m interested in what you do. Peace
I have been using TaoTronics headphones for going on 10 years. Every time I loose a pair or it breaks, I grab new ones. I used to love them, but this new product is unfortunately horrible and I'm devastated to have lost the best headphones I ever found because TaoTronics decided to fix something that wasn't broken.
The sound quality is markedly worse, especially in the high end of the frequency spectrum
The ear hook parts are less comfortable than the old style and the ear tip silicone bits keep popping off so I'm 100% sure I'll loose them at some point, it's only a matter of time.
The magnet is MUCH less strong than the old ones, so now every time I wear them around my neck all day, the constantly unclasp and I worry about loosing them.
Somehow the amount that the volume buttons tells my devices to go up or down has changed, the increments in volume up/down used to be quite small, so I could really fine-tune how much sound I wanted, but now they are set in such a way that each click is a larger jump in volume, so my headphones are ALWAYS a little too loud or a little too quiet and it drives me insane.
Instead of the nice, subtle, un-annoying tones that would tell you if you had turned the headphones on, off, or into pair mode, this new set uses a VOICE to tell you "power on" and "power off". It's incredibly annoying, not to mention inaccessible to anyone whom doesn't speak EN.
It also takes longer to get the headphones to turn off or go into pair mode. It's quite frustrating to have to hold the button down for 10 seconds instead of 5.
The buttons feel different too, they are less clicky and more squishy, which I personally don't like as it makes it hard to tell when you've got a clean press on it.
Overall I'm so disappointed in these that I will be doing research to see if I can find the older version on ebay. I never write reviews and usually I'm all for change in technology, but I just can't get behind all the drastic steps backward in functionality for this product.
I don't know why, but after 6 months my gun doesn't work and I've only used it 5 times. Very good quality, but the durability sucks.
