If you TaoTronics LED lamp night light could not turn on, stopped working after several months or could not be charged, please charge cable to charge the light and the charging stand (Only VA-CL006 has charging stand). After recharging the drained battery, the power button on the bottom needs to be pressed and held for several second and the light will turn on without issues.

After that, if you the issue was not resolved, it appears that the unit may be defective. Please contact the TaoTronics support team for setting up a replacement if your lamp is under warranty.

How to Fix TaoTronics LED Lamp When its Wireless Charging Function Could not Work Well?

If you put the phone to the wireless charging area of the lamp and then power the lamp. The indicate light is red and could not charge the phone. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

1. Remove your phone from the charging device
2. Turn on the device
3. Wait for the blue indicator light on and it will turn off after 10 seconds
4. Put your phone on wireless charging area and Charge your phone again

1. Verify there is nothing on the back of your phone (i.e. cards, metal plates, etc...)
2. If you are using a case, remove the phone case and test if you are able to charge the phone. 3. Try testing the lamps wireless charger with a different phone. The phone's battery may be an issue.

How to Fix TaoTronics LED Desk Lamp Fast charge doesn't Work Issues?

TaoTronics LED Lamp do not support fast charging with Google, Huawei, Xiaomi phones. These phones use ordinary 5W charging function with longer charging time.

If you put the phone in the TaoTronics LED Lamp charging area, the charging speed is slow, and it's a fever. Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

1. Align with the wireless charging area;

Why Does TaoTronics Desk Lamp Arm Fall Down?

There may be 2 reasons：

1. It is a design issue and we are happy to set up a replacement for you.
2. Because the TaoTronics Desk Lamp uses a hex screw shaft, it will fall after about 300 times. It can be reinforced with a random hex wrench.

Why Does TaoTronics LED Lamp Head Get very Hot?

It is normal that the lamp head gets hot because it generates a lot of heat when used at full power. For lamp made with plastic material, stop using when it exceeds 65° C For lamp made with metal material, stop using when it exceeds 55° C.

How to Do if TaoTronics LED Lamp Makes Noise in standby mode?

The lamp will make a beeping noise when it is in standby mode. Or The power adapter will make noise at low current. Please contact TaoTronics Support team for setting up a replacement, TaoTronics Team will send you another new adapter.

How to Do if TaoTronics LED Lamp Automatically Turn Off After Turn On?

Please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

1. Confirm if you have set timer；
2. Make sure there isn’t any environmental interference (such as refrigerator, microwave oven, induction cooker, etc.).

Such as Turn on by itself, can’t be turned off or change color by itself.

1. If USB port of the desk lamp carry phone, if yes, unplug it to see if lamp become normal.

How to Deal with Slow Charging Speed of Build-in USB Charging Port TaoTronics LED Lamp?

If your phone charge slowly with the Build-in USB charging port TaoTronics LED lamp, please follow the troubleshooting steps as following:

1. Phone battery issue: Please suggest customer to change a phone for another try.
2. Temperature influence: lower phone's temperature or change a cool place to have another try. Or change a phone.
3. Using while charging. Please turn off the phone and then charging it.
4. To check if the phone process quick charging function. You could check it at "setting-battery-quick charging-enable"

How to Deal with TaoTronics LED Desk Lamp Touch Button Have no Response or Responding Intermittently While the lamp is powered on, the power indicator light is on?

1. Power off the desk lamp first, and re-power it to check if the touch is normal.
2. After power-on again, wait for 3~5S and return to normal.
3. Don’t use it with wet hands. If you have completed these steps and the issue was not resolved, it appears that the unit may be defective.

How to Purchase an Extra Remote or Charging Adapter?

It mostly depends on CSs. All CSs could deal with this issue flexibly.
