Chandrice Crespo This brand new fan arrived not working and I sent a video showing taotronics that the fan is not working when the battery is saying it’s fully charged! The fan only worked when it’s plugged in! It defeats the purpose because it’s suppose to be a portable fan! They emailed me back asking if I would like a partial refund of $10.49 and that I need to continue using the fan while it’s plugged in! I bought this same fan from Walmart and it worked pretty well so I decided to go on the official site and purchase another one and I’m disappointed because I wanted the same portable fan and I ended up getting a defective one.
