I own a Taotronics I purchased 5+ years ago and it is great. Not so with the current line-up. They’ve signficantly lowered the quality. The lamp is flimsy and more plastic than the previous version which were made of a weighty metal. Worse, customer service is awful and you’ll be stuck paying for your own shipping to return, which is expensive and makes the return not even worth it. Avoid.

I got this fan in the uk about 5 years ago, it’s a very sturdy build and amazing quality, working the fan is ultra quiet I was surprised that it was 38db it only really makes a noise when on turbo spear but to be honest I do t really use that as it’s so powerful, I would like another on of these fans for another room and I’m gutted you can no longer get it in the UK!! It’s a brilliant fan
