  • Turn-By-Turn Navigation on a Bicycle

While I'm not sure I'd recommend this for people that are planning on biking really fast, I found it incredibly useful for navigation while slowly pedaling around the city. It's really irritating to be biking and then having to stop to check your phone for directions. While walking you can just pull your phone out of your pocket and glance at it, but with biking it's much more of a commitment. You have to stop, get off your bike, possibly take off your biking gloves, pull out your phone, and then look at your navigation app. This bike smartphone cradle solves this problem, and I couldn't be happier. This will allow you to put your phone on you handle bars and use turn-by-turn navigation as if you were driving a car. Like I said, I wouldn't go too fast with my phone mounted to my handlebars, but for just cruising around, this is great. One of the main things I was worried about with this mount was my phone's security. If you're on a bike in a busy city and your phone falls, there's a decent chance that it's gone forever. This mount mounts very securely to your bike, and then holds your phone very securely as well. The two adjustable clamps on the side do most of the work, but then there is what is essentially a heavy-duty rubber band holding your phone as well. This secures the phone from all four corners, and with the clamp on the side of the phone, your phone isn't going anywhere unless you want it to. Overall this is a great solution to the navigation problems I have while on a bicycle. This product has many more uses as well, but I see navigation as being one of the main uses, and it's great for that.
  • An inexpensive, well-constructed game-changer

If until now you've been pulling your iPhone out of your pocket to check directions and then putting it back in, this changes the game. Minutes after I installed it, I set off on a 35-mile ride north of San Francisco and was blown away by how much more helpful turn-by-turn
If until now you've been pulling your iPhone out of your pocket to check directions and then putting it back in, this changes the game. Minutes after I installed it, I set off on a 35-mile ride north of San Francisco and was blown away by how much more helpful turn-by-turn cycling directions are when you can actually see the map. Plus the mount couldn't be simpler to install, couldn't do a better job at what it claims to do, and would still be cheap at twice the price. Don't over-think this one: if you're interested enough to be reading this review, you should probably just buy this product.

Great cell phone mount for my Samsung S7 even with the otterbox Defender series on it. Keeps your phone very secure to your bike though my only gripe is that the phone tends to muddle around to the left and right when you ride on bumpy roads. I haven't been able to securely lock
Great cell phone mount for my Samsung S7 even with the otterbox Defender series on it. Keeps your phone very secure to your bike though my only gripe is that the phone tends to muddle around to the left and right when you ride on bumpy roads. I haven't been able to securely lock the phone upright as it tends to slowly makes its way almost diagonal towards the end of my ride. Aside from that I would still recommend this holder to anyone looking for a solid cell phone mount.

Great holder for the phone while biking! Easy to install and I like the button that auto adjusts the clip. Came with an extra rubber holder as well which is nice in case the first one snaps. Would recommend buying this to someone needing a phone mount on their bike
  • I crashed pretty hard while mountain biking last weekend

I crashed pretty hard while mountain biking last weekend, but the phone right on there. Definitely works, and super simple to attach everything. Don't waste any money on a more expensive bike mount.

Once I attach the two big plastic parts together, is there an easy way to separate them? Haven't been able to do so. Need to attach the two bands. Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: Once the two pieces are slid together they are difficult to pry apart. Once apart I placed an arrow in the direction they slide apart. Makes it easy once you know the direction. There are no buttons to push, they slide and lock.

Besides holding the phone for navigational purposes, can it be flipped to act as a forward-facing action cam? (google pixel xl) Customers are chatting about this View conversation
