** Amazon Customer Questions & Answers **
The questions and answers below were created by Amazon customers, who are not affiliated or in any way officially connected with Taotronics. Please follow their advice at your own discretion.
1.Can i play music while the device is charging? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: Yes you can. Tested the device when using wired headphones and in the car. Music play back was not interrupted when charging.
2.If it's plugged into the car charger and I turn on the car, will it automatically turn on or do I need to hold down a button to turn it on every time? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: You need to turn it on every time.
3.Can i leave it turned on and plugged in whenever i leave my car and not have to worry about it dying? does it connect automatically if phone bt is on? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: The receiver automatically turns off after 8 minutes of no BT connectivity. Turning the receiver back on will auto-connect to your BT and resume play on whatever audio app you're listening to.
4.If I receive a phone call while playing music through my phone will I be able to talk hands free? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: Yes, it has a built-in microphone for that.
5.Will this work with an AUX cassette player adapter? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: Do you mean the cassette adapter that has the cassette with the cord connected to it? If so then yes, you would plug that into the side of this device, the plug they show sticking out of the side is actually a 1/8"(3.55mm) male-to-male adapter, you would just remove that and plug in your cassette adapter and presto instant Bluetooth upgrade. hope this helps
6.Does your car have to have an auxiliary jack for this to work? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: Yes you need to plug it into the aux jack so that the audio is played through the radio. I suppose if you had a little speaker with an audio input you could use that
7.Does it switch on automatically when you start the car? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: It does not
8.Will it work with an after market stereo system with subwoofers? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: Yes as long as the stereo has a 3.5 aux input.
9.will I be able to "pair" two bluetooth speakers to my phone at once? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: Yes
10.Does this auto-pair recently paired device? Or do I have to keep on pairing the two devices every time? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: If you don't turn your Bluetooth off then you don't have to pair every time. It simply connects every time you get close a certain distance. But if you turn it off every time you get out the car then yes, you have to turn it on then go to your phones Bluetooth and connect it/pair.
