Always on the look out for bright lights, these fit the bill perfectly. I use them inside a paper lantern over my desk to give a dimmable (yes these are dimmable) soft light when working. FINALLY a company gets it right with the remote. No more line of sight issues, no worrying

FINALLY a company gets it right with the remote. No more line of sight issues, no worrying about where the sensor is located. It works almost anywhere in my home. Though I have to be honest, my FAVORITE feature about these lights, is the fact that you have the option to either plug them directly into the power source, OR you can plug into the receiver section for the remote this set up gives you options. My only suggestion, coat the wires. The look and feel is different, but it's not my thing. I much prefer a coated wire. That being said, I don't have any concerns about the longevity of the wires. I have about a half dozen different LED light strings, and these are my favorite. I can't state this enough, the RF remote makes them more than worth the cost.

I got these for soft mood lighting in my room and they are perfect. The multiple settings are great and this sting was long enough to hang loosely around my entire room with some to spare.
  • Liked it so much I had to buy another!

This string lighting is great! 33' of lights with LED bulbs every 4 inches or so. The wiring is thin, pliable, yet durable. I hung the lights in my daughter's bedroom. She's got two windows that were the perfect size and distance. It looks beautiful at night - even my wife said

And LOVES the remote. The different brightness and blinking options are great. She loves showing it off to all of her friends. I love the fact that it was easy to set up and is safe. We all liked it so much we setup my son's room with the same set of lights!

These is a really nice LED string light. I use them indoors for some ambient lighting at night time. The wire itself is very bendable and not stiff, which makes it easy to curve and go around corners. It is also very lightweight so hanging it is very easy. It comes with a remote

The wire itself is very bendable and not stiff, which makes it easy to curve and go around corners. It is also very lightweight so hanging it is very easy. It comes with a remote (battery included) that you can use to set various blink patterns and brightness. I was actually impressed at how bright these can get (very bright!!). They have a very nice aesthetic look and they don't get very hot. They do not use a lot of electricity since they are LEDs. I believe you can control multiple LED string lights with the same remote, but I haven't been able to test this as I only have one. Overall, I am very pleased with these lights and recommend them!

Excellent product all around. Especially around the holidays, the copper lights are really second to none - you can manipulate these and really craft your own style and look. This item is very easy to operate, especially with the remote. Looks very lovely above the fireplace. One

This item is very easy to operate, especially with the remote. Looks very lovely above the fireplace. One comment I do have is that sometimes people who haven't worked with decorating copper wire before may be frustrated, but after you work with it for a while you learn how to best manipulate it. One small suggestion I have to the manufacturer is to consider putting together a version of these copper lights with very thin, clear plastic coverings to help avoid some of the kinks that invariably appear when working with copper. But love that these don't get warm, the power output is small and the light is bright and BEAUTIFUL!

** Amazon Customer Questions & Answers **
The questions and answers below were created by Amazon customers, who are not affiliated or in any way officially connected with Taotronics. Please follow their advice at your own discretion.
1.Can you connect one set of strings to another set? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: I purchased this splitter "https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00G6G5DJ0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1" to connect these LED lights "33ft 100 LED String Lights Dimmable with Remote Control, TaoTronics Waterproof Decorative Lights for Bedroom, Patio, Garden, Gate, Yard, Parties, Wedding ( Copper Wire Lights, Warm White ) " and the splitter should work for you.
2.How does it compare to the old model and remote? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: I don't trust the remote which is probably foolish. I manually plug in and unplug the string lights and I never use the blinking function as my spouse and I don't care for blinking lights.
3.Do the lights have a rechargeable power source or do they need to be plugged into outlets? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: They need to be plugged into an outlet.
4.It looks like a euro plug - does this come with a US plug? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: It comes with a U.S. plug
5.How many watts does the 66ft use? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: About one! (I believe) at least on low... perhaps a couple more on high.
6.What’s the default mode when plugging in the unit? Will it remember last mode if unplugged? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: Mine remembers intensity. I’ve never tried to see if it remembers mode.
7.What type of battery is needed for the remote (i.e., what number button cell)? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: Lithium "watch battery". CR2032, I believe.
8.Need to know how many watts it uses Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: Measured 2.3 watt on 100% brightness on my meter. Lowest brightness barely registered.
9.Battery powered or 110 AC plug? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: 110 AC
10.How many times can the brightness be raised? Customers are chatting about this View conversation
A: Pretty sure it is about 7 times
