Very slender and modern design with easy light adjustment. The unit is quickly assembled with no tools nor any special skill required. One can adjust the overall height of this light by using, or not using, the individual jointing pieces. The light can be positioned to be "just right." The remote is magnetized for easy placement and usage.
Well priced and nothing to dislike with this well engineered light system.

I like this lamp, it is by a dark corner next to my computer and we only use resful soft amber light and always on low, makes a good night light, too., The problem is, see the goose neck part? Don't pick it up with your hand on that, you may break the material within that allows you to orient the light in any direction, let go from your hands, and it will stay in that position. Not mine, not anymore, I think my husband broke it and doesn't realize it, now orient the goose neck high and it quickly bends its head down to the floor, looking at its shoes. The light is still fine, wish I had known how delicate the goose neck was, my lamp is a couple years old. Frankly, it looks like it needs a Viagra.
