why do i need shipping insurance; seems to be a unnecessary charge
The reason I ordered it was because I purchased this model for my 104 year old mom about 7 years ago and it has held up without fail.
They sound good. But if I use them on a call or meeting the listener hears a shrill ringing sound.
Item sent was damaged and still waiting for a RMA# to return. Poor customer service follow up.
