I have an older Boltune set that was half the price with better quality audio. I really liked the headphones and wanted another pair. These ones are OK.
I waited almost an hour for a customer service representative to answer a simple question. The message says an "agent will be with me shortly" but never a response. I've already scoured manuals and the internet to get my question answered with no luck.
I like to always have two pair of these headphones, sometimes even three, so that if a pair is charging, I have another pair. As soon as I got these pair, my previous pair started to go out in the right ear. These didn’t even last a year with low use and low. The new ones I got work. I think these are the last pair I’m buying.
Very slender and modern design with easy light adjustment. The unit is quickly assembled with no tools nor any special skill required. One can adjust the overall height of this light by using, or not using, the individual jointing pieces. The light can be positioned to be "just right." The remote is magnetized for easy placement and usage.
Well priced and nothing to dislike with this well engineered light system.
